Renaming a category updates it on every record that uses it. Deleting one is done from the Supabase dashboard.
New statuses appear on every task list — in the status column, the record card and the status filter. “Counts as completed” makes a status behave like Done (crossed-out title, counted as done).
New teammates sign in with the email + password you set here — no confirmation email is involved, and it works even when public sign-ups are switched off in Supabase. The category boxes control what each user can see and where they can create records; records without categories are visible to the whole team, and a record’s creator and assignees always see it. Admins always have full access. Which tabs a person can open — and whether they can change anything there — is set per tab with the ⚙ Tab button.
“Can view” alone is read-only; “Can edit” also allows adding and changing things. Tick nobody and only admins see the tab. Admins always have full access.
Use the arrows to reorder. Renaming a column keeps its data; deleting one hides its data from the sheet.
